I spent the first decade of my journey trying to fix what felt broken in me.

Pushing for “healing” buried my pain even deeper, only creating more tension inside.

The next decade, I practiced allowing and and being with all of me — light and dark, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

It felt fucking uncomfortable.
And it shifted everything.

This is the practice I offer:

Meeting yourself with courage and love, and inviting every part of you home.
